Your booking with Exotic Voyages Indonesia is subject to the following cancellation terms. We aim to be as accommodating as possible while honoring our commitments to the local communities and partners we work with to create your journey.

Notice of Cancellation : All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email to contact@exotiqueindonesia.com. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your email notification.

Cancellation Fees : The following fees apply based on the timing of your cancellation:

• More than 30 days before departure: Forfeit of deposit. All other payments will be refunded.

• 31 to 60 days before departure: Forfeit of deposit and 25% of the total tour cost.

• Less than 30 days before departure: Forfeit of 100% of the total tour cost

While we plan your itinerary with the utmost care, circumstances like volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, or severe weather can sometimes impact travel plans. In such rare events, our commitment is to ensure your safety and work with you to find the best possible solution. In the event of a cancellation or significant disruption due to a natural disaster :

  • We will rely on official advisories from government bodies and our deep local knowledge to assess the situation.

  • We will proactively communicate with you, informing you of any potential changes and your options.

  • Our first priority is always to offer a rescheduling option at no additional service cost, allowing you to experience your dream trip at a safer time.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will negotiate with our local partners to secure any refunds or credit vouchers they may offer. However, please be aware that most prepaid, non-refundable services, such as internal flights and deposits, may be subject to the terms of our third-party suppliers.

  • We cannot be held financially liable for events outside of our control (force majeure), but we guarantee our full support in navigating the logistics and exploring all possible alternatives. Your safety and satisfaction are paramount, and we will do everything within our power to assist you during such challenges.

• Exceptions & Special Considerations: Please be aware that certain services, such as internal flights, may have stricter, non-refundable policies imposed by third-party suppliers. These will be highlighted in your booking confirmation.
